What do I get in Craving Island Box?

Every Craving Island box is a surprise! You will get 10-15 full-sized snacks. We handpick every month, think about mixture of sweet side/savory side.

Do you provide allergy information?

Labeling on snacks is in Japanese. We include information handout in each box. If you have specific allergy or dietary restriction, please don’t hesitate to contact us!

Refund/Pause

Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable. You will be charged all upfront. So please decide your plans carefully up to your needs.

We don’t refund you but you can pause your subscription. Please contact us by 15th of each month for next coming box.

Do you cover customs and taxes?

Custom regulations and taxes vary from country by country. Please not that we are not responsible for covering these costs. We don’t have control over their decisions on custom procedures or taxes.

When is ‘Cut-Off’ date?

All orders are processed in Japan standard time. Order for cut off period is at the end of each month. If you need to update your information such as address or to cancel/pause/resume subscription, please contact us by 15th of each month.

Example: Ordering September box, new order cut off on Aug 31st, and change/cancel/pause/resume cut off on Aug15th.

How much and how long is the shipping?

Shipping is included! Please enjoy free shipping. Typically it takes 14 business days after shipping.

What happened if my box arrives damaged?

We will do as much as we can do for you. Please contact us immediately after you receive with some pictures.

Please note that damages on the box or product packaging will not be eligible for compensation as long as content itself are undamaged. Also broken cookies or chips, melted chocolate due to weather condition or regular transportation process are not also eligible for compensation.

When can I receive my box?

Order placed between 1st and end of the month will be shipped out in the following month. Example : Order placed on Nov 10th will be shipped out in December.

Do you have Gift plan or personal box?

Yes we do!
