Requests made after that deadline will result in a charge for the next period. Cancellations will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle; no prorated refunds will be issued.

Article 11: Shipping Adjustments and Fees
In extraordinary circumstances (e.g., pandemic, natural disasters), we may upgrade your shipping method and charge additional shipping fees unless you opt out in advance. If payment fails, we may retry billing or send a mailed statement.

Article 12: Shipping, Insurance, and Damaged Items
Trackable shipments are insured. Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. Replacements or refunds are granted based on availability and evidence. Return shipments due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees unless the error originated with us.
